[GAMEPLAY] Can't ping or ward in shop

Whenever I have the shop open I cannot ping using hotkeys for whatever reason, so I can't ping my item to indicate how much gold I need for an item. I have tried 'Alt left click' and 'G', but the cursor doesn't change to the ping cursor when I try to ping in the shop so it does nothing. Using these hotkeys to ping outside the shop is fine though. The only way I can ping items is to manually click the alert ping in the top corner of the minimap and then the item.
