Missing ip due to a bug when buying runes

About a month or so ago i tried to purchase some flat ad marks, but due to an error or lag of some sorts, it allowed me to unknowingly purchase my 9 marks as well as another 9 to boot. I was hoping it would be automatically be refunded, but they never were. Now after finally mustering up the effort i'm making a post. I'd just like to return the runes somehow and get the ip i spent on them back, so if a rioter would help me out with that, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks
