[GAMEPLAY] Rek'sai tunnel does not get destroyed ever

Hello I think this one's pretty important.

1.) My team had a Ziggs who ulted an enemy Rek'sai when she was burrowed. (3:26) 2.) In the middle of creating a tunnel, rek'sai died by the ziggs ult, but her tunnel (E I think?) created only one entrance to a two way tunnel (3:32) 3.) We stand on it for more than 2 seconds at a time, but it wouldn't be destroyed (3:54, 4:20, 4:28, 4:37, 6:21) 4.) It's still functioning because Rek'sai used ult on it (6:05)

I made a funny video on it (at 3:24 timestamp) but this bug should be fixed because rek'sai was able to use her ult on it which I thought was pretty broken because none of us could destroy it :(
