Black screen glitch

So I've run into the black login screen glitch which I've seen many other people have had after upgrading to windows 10 however this did not happen to me after upgrading, league has worked since upgrading and it is only recently that it has started playing up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times as well as repairing multiple times and it has not worked. I have also made sure that it is not running in compatibility mode and I have tried deleting the air client then re-patching. None of it has worked. I have also looked at the properties for league on another computer on which league is working and there is no difference from my computer. I feel like it must be some kind of setting on my PC stopping league from running properly but I have no idea what or where to find it. If anyone knows any way I could fix this bug it would be greatly appreciated as it is incredibly frustrating. In terms of what the screen looks like all I can see is the bar on the top, the bar on the bottom and the 'close' and 'minimize' buttons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The error screen looks like this. (check pick for lol client version)

I have tried over 20 'fixes' I found on the internet, but they didn't help. Some of them are:

Reinstalling LoL (multiple times)
trying to repair lol in the launcher (multiple times)
deleting files in the RADS folder, and re-patch (multiple times and multiple files)
patching in NA region, instead of EUW I made sure that i was:
not running in compatibility modus
running as administrator
running while internet explorer was running (this fixed a problem for me a few years ago)
active script internet option was enabled in internet explorer
changing resolution at higher DPI was enabled (also tried disabled)
firewall is allowing the patcher and launcher
DNS servers are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
there was only 1 version of league on my computer (as i changed from hdd to ssd)

I did not try something about opening ports, what I found on the internet. It was about port 80 or something, but I have no knowledge of this and don't know how to open it.

My problem started after I did a fresh install of windows 10 on my new ssd. My hdd was running the exact same version of windows tho, but had no problems at all. Also the same patch of league (6.21) on hdd and ssd, not sure about the client version tho (dont know if this differs / is important).

I am sure my hardware is good (except for the new ssd), because it ran league before. The ssd is a 500gb eve 850 samsung, so I think that this would be no problem.

Other differences are that I had pando media booster on my hdd, but that is no requirement for LoL anymore, as far as I know. I now use directX 12 on my new ssd, but do not know what version of directX I used on my hdd (I am assuming 12 too).

I have no clue what to do anymore, I think I tried almost everything...

@MLG Lemon I found a fix on the internet!

I found the fix here. In case the link doesn't work, it basically says:

Open Notebook or something like that (word pad, etc)
Copy paste this text in it:

md C:\Documents reg add "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders" /v Personal /t reg_sz /d C:\Documents /f reg add "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders" /v "My Documents" /t reg_sz /d C:\Documents /f attrib +r -s -h "%USERPROFILE%\Documents" /S /D

Save the file as a bat file, so it should look like name.bat (somewhere on your desktop, I saved it in C:\Users\ your name here \Documents.
Now run the bat file, this will probably be very quick and you wont even be sure it actually did something.
Restart your PC and test the league login screen, it should be fixed.
