[GAMEPLAY] Relic Shield [...] tooltip without stack-cooldown
Yesterday and today I played as Leona 
support. Having bought relic shield 
I realised that as long as I had NO stack ready, the cooldown was not shown in the tooltip. But as soon as I gained the first stack the little clock-like-thing was shown. This did not change with upgrading the item (
& 
) . In todays game I realised, that it was a bit different (it might have been like this the day before and I didn't notice!): it was random whether or not it would show me the remaining time, this time not depending on the amount of stacks I had. I don't know if this is the same for other champs, they were 2 games with Leo I played yesterday and another today.
If there are any complications in understanding the text above since I am no native english speaker, I will describe the problem again in german underneath, so you can adress the german support for better understanding.

Ich habe gestern 2 und heute 1 game mit Leona gespielt. Egal welches Stadium ( & & ) vom Relic shield ich hatte, das Tooltip hat mir die verbleibende Zeit bis zum nächsten Stack nicht vernünftig angezeigt. Am Anfang war es dasselbe Schema, solang ich keinen Stack hatte gab es auch keine Zeitanzeige, erst als ich den ersten Stack erhalten hab wurde mir der kleine Zeiger wieder angezeigt. Beim heutigen Spiel ist mir dann aufgefallen, dass ich eigentlich den Großteil der Zeit keinen Zeiger dort hatte, egal ob ich schon 1 oder 2 etc. Stacks hatte. Wie gesagt, ich hab nur Leona als tank-support gespielt, daher weiß ich nicht ob es sich bei anderen Champs auch so verhält.
