chmapion's movment speed bug

one of my match history in 9-12-2019 shows that a darius (darius didnt hit any champion or minion to gain ms from cleave) i have idea how this happened everytime those movement speed get me or my team killed riot you need change the movement speed of some champion other wise there is no purpose to buying a boots becasue in the beginning of the game my rumble with tier 1 boots reach the bushes in the middle of HB map at same time the other of my team reach the map at same time with me with no boots.
