[Gameplay] Jg buffs aggro bar immediately decreases upon cc or aggro change

in the JG as sion when i would use my Q to knock up the blue buffs aggro bar would immediately decrease as it walked around me... This also happened to Malzahar late game with his minions attacking the red buff, it would lose its aggro bar every time it changed targets... occasionally jungle buff aggro bars will immediately start going down upon CC or aggro change.. plz fix
