Loading to 100% on loading screen but never going into game.

This problem has been bothering the #@^% out of me and not just me I have read other discussions about this problem and I cant seem to find a solution to this. This problem has started ever since the middle of season 8 and beyond. Hasn't been fixed. This bug or whatever it is happens when you are at loading screen. You are sitting there just praying to the gaming gods that they let you load in. You load to 100% with everyone else thinking you'll go into the game. But you are stuck waiting between 1-10 mins and you don't even load in. By the time you close the game client and rejoin. Your team would had either did /remake or /surrendered. Being stuck at the loading screen, It forces you to leave the client and press reconnect which takes another 3-5 mins and by the time your in the game theirs pretty much no point because they already have minion lead and pressure on the lane while you've been afk unintentionally. Hard to come back in the game when your enemy laner is way stronger than you and you eventually just lose. When I press exit on the game client I've noticed even though I am stuck on the loading screen I'm actually in game. So my teammates cant remake. (As of what Ive heard). But I can hear the in game noise for a split second when I leave the game myself. Ranking and climbing is a absolutely horrible experience with this happening to me. I get reported for something that isn't in my control. We commited leaguers need this fixed!. It is very frustrating.
