Senna gone?!?!?

I purchased Senna on the 10th. I've queued a few times, mainly for custom or training so i can play her solo before taking her into norms. Even after que-ing for norms, she is not showing up on my champion roster. Senna is gone, so i cant even click to pick her or to ban her. The enemy team, nor does anyone I've talked to have had this problem. So why me?[sg-lux-2]

same, almost no one is talking about this, but its a pretty big problem. I just got a chest as her, and now I cant find her in champion select in any game mode, but I was able to play her before?? [sg-zephyr] .
