Primetime Draven Voicelines are gone?

Ever since the patch Primetime Draven doesn't say his usual lines anymore, not even on the recall. He just got the Classic Draven Voicelines now. Was this really intentional?

If you read the 7.20 patch notes buxfixes they mention they fixed some bugs on primetime draven. It might of accidently removed all the sfx

yeah I noticed this too. the skin seems bugged somehow, he just uses his classic emotes.
