[GAMEPLAY] Q, R, and B spells stop working.

I was in the middle of a game and my Q, R, and B spells would not work at all. It isn't a keyboard issue, since I could still type. It is something with the game. I tried clicking the spell with my mouse, and the spell would still not activate. Pressing the spell would produce a kind of clicking noise, like you'd hear when the spell would activate. I restarted the client, but it didn't help. I am not sure how this could be reproduced, the next game I was fine. I've never had this issue before. I've browsed the forums prior to this and saw that just a couple of people were having the same problem, same keys. I was playing Katarina, 5v5 normal, if that helps. It would seem that this is a pretty rare, but nasty bug.
