Didn't Receive IP/LP/Mastery Points After Previous Game

I played a ranked game and finished it right before the servers went down about two hours ago, and after winning, I didn't receive any IP/LP/Mastery Points. I figured it would update after the servers came back online, but I still don't have anything, the game doesn't even show up in my match history. Is this a known issue that is able to be resolved? Or is Riot not giving us a reason as to the sudden server outage and not fixing this issue?

I was just about to post on this issue;

My ranked game ended and right when I was about to land on the Stats Page, I received various error messages and eventually the servers went down - Now that they're back up, my last game does not show up on my match history, nor did I receive the LP/IP/MP from the victory.

I'm still hopeful, as I'm also waiting to get my lp/ip/mastery, for my ranked game that i finished before the server shut down,

Waiting on the main screen gave me this message as the servers went down.

"PVP.Net has shutdown. The client will be closed. If your game completed normally, your stats will be available upon next login."

Same thing happened to me--was in ranked match before servers went down, finished the game with a win. Finally skipped past "Waiting for stats..." after four minutes or so, then saw the notice that ranked queues were disabled because of an issue affecting players. This was well before all queues were taken offline and the server maintenance was done.

I'd really, really like that game to count, since I'm in tier promos and was 1-2 before the win... Would be nice to have a shot.

I met the same problem, just won a ranked game before the server down, and get nothing. Roit should give us some explanation.

Same thing happened to me!!! I was on promotions series and won the game fair and clear without anyone being affected by lagging or whatever problem that caused the system to shut down. The only issue I had was that after the game was over I was unable to get to the home page. But now everything's back to work why is my game match gone!!!!!!!!!!!? It doesn't make any sense to just take my victory away from that promotions series!! Now I don't even know if I should start another game or not because I don't want to fail the promotion series because of a missing victory. That would be SOOOOO annoying!!! Please help

I don't feel like quoting him, but someone commented on my thread here that Riot decided to roll back because all the wins were possibly because of lag. For one, I didn't see them say that, if they did, then where? Secondly, they could easily loss prevent everyone for those games, but still give credit to those who won. I'm seeing people comment on this saying they were in series and would have ranked up, I just don't think it is fair to them. I only didn't gain LP, it's not a huge deal, I know it's just a game, but I have paid Riot a fair sum of money, I think they should at least address this and tell us they lost the data or whatever the situation is. Was it a DDOS attack again? Should IGN, Kotaku, etc start speculating on the stability of Riot's servers and their ability to protect consumer information? I just want to know...

Had to up vote this… I won my promo last night just before the servers went down and I'm really sad that the game hasn't registered as a win yet (or as anything). I would really like to know if I should play out the end of my series again or wait for this result to finally be accepted?

same here, our game didn't suffer of any lag or anything, everyone was fine and when we finished the game the stats wouldn't load and my game still didn't register...

I also had the same issue everyone else here is having, along with having sent a support ticket in. Until they decide on how to proceed, I will bring to light that when the client was closed last night the pop up window said the issue would be resolved and everything returned to normal.

This same thing happened to me, we fought a long and hard game being behind most of it, but won because they failed to setup for baron and we aced them. Then afterwards i got out of the match and got notified that the servers went down. So I get on today and the game isn't in my match history and I also didn't get anything for it. Please help

Same thing happened to me, but it was last night after I won a game from the enemy team surrendering, I got locked in a ghost game for 3 plus hours and just got off work hoping to see how much lp I had gained... It doesn't even show up on my match history... Was wondering if that's gone forever, fine if it is, or if there's a way Rito Gmaes can recover it... Either way is fine :D

Same thing happened to me as everyone else here. Yet still no help from Riot for any of us, I was in my second game of promos which I won and after the match was over It said "waiting for stats" I walked away thinking nothing of it. When I came back 10 minutes later it was still there, so I restarted my client, re-logged and the message "Reconnect" was in the middle of my screen. I tried to reconnect but nothing happened, servers were down so I went to bed thinking I'd be in the next division today, the match isn't in my match history and I'm still in my promos. As your all aware it's very frustrating and would really like this to be resolved.

Yea, the same thing happened to my friend and me. We won a 4v5 ranked game despite our Jungler D/c'ing immediately after the game started. I'm really upset that all the effort that my friend and I put in that game ended up being wasted. :/

This happened to me also. It was my first ranked promo match (from unranked to ranked) for this season. It was a victory, which is mainly why I'm kinda ticked off about it. I barely had any ranked matches go that well last season.

I also lost a ranked game last night, a short time before the reboot. The game itself was normal, but stats were unavailable after game and the client started spamming us with errors. I stayed on #playwithriot to chat a while longer, then they rebooted the servers.

I would like to hear whether the games played last night are recoverable or not, but Riot may not know the answer to that yet.

This same thing happened to me and I made a ticket to riot support. He responded at 2am my time (really?) and has told me most likely someone drop-hacked me, coincidentally at the exact same time the server crashed. Even though looking at the boards this has happened to most likely hundreds, if not thousands of players. So unless it was a huge coordinated effort I find this unlikely. He told me they can't give me any Lp for the ranked win I just finished. He took my r3d logs for the game and is seeing what he can do. So, everyone that had this happen is screwed lol

I also have this issue. My last game that ended around when the servers were taken down does not show up on my match history and did not increase my LP/IP/MP.

I too won a game and didnt get lp. After my game it showed the skip waiting for stats menu. My duo partner also didnt get the lp. The game is in match history though.
