[GAMEPLAY] Pantheon W flash cancels stun and puts W on cooldown.

On Pantheon, when you w flash a champion you should be able to flash and immediately stun the target when it is in range. A weird bug I think is happening when the champion comes in range right when you flash so it seems you are flashing and stunning at the same time. This makes you flash guaranteed but the target does not become stunned. This would not be as much as a problem, but as it so happens the W stun goes on cooldown without stunning the target. I've had this problem happen a few times over the course of several games but I always assumed it was a known bug about to be fixed. Still cannot find anything about it online however. Let me know if this is a bug and if yall will remedy this. I will try to provide a video below.

Hmmm, I can't tell from the video since you have yourself selected in the bottom left. But I do see that Caitlyn has Mercurial Scimitar in her inventory. Is it possible that she used it?

No or you'd see a large glowing orb around her as she used it. What PROBABLY happened was the flash cancelled the command that was issued beforehand.

Yeah, just trying to rule out any possibilities. There could be a visual bug with the merc.

Can you replicate this in practice tool at all?

I tried replicating it in Practice tool and it seems that Rester was correct. The animation for the w would start but the flash would displace Pantheon and cancel the stun part effectively not stunning the target and yet putting W on cooldown. Idk if this is an intended feature but it is a little annoying. Perhaps, if this is not a bug, I can just try to play around it.
