Game tabs out during loading screen and during in-game randomly.

This started to occur right after the new patch. Every time I am in the loading screen, the screen will turn black then take me to my home screen. Flicker black again then return to loading screen. Same behavior when I am in-game. Playing normally then my screen turns black and takes me back to my desktop home screen. Couple of seconds pass, goes black then back to in-game. Anyone else having this problem?
