Can't load into the games

I've been trying to load into a total of 5 games and each time I would be stuck on 79% or load in 5 minutes late into the game. I am very frustrated because I am not receiving any help on the reports I've given to riot. Due to this sudden freeze in my game i have recieved many leaverbusters and now i am at 10 minutes. Riot has been very inefficient in helping me and this leaverbuster system is not efective at all. I have no control over why my game isn't loading. Please help me riot becasue i don't want to quit LOL because i am getting leaverbusters for something i ahve not done
