Gifting bug

Ok, so, a friend of mine gifted me a random icon that costs 1500 BE, but, when he tried to do so, an error accured and I didn't get the gift, but he lost 1500 BE.. He tried to do it 2 more times, and the same thing happend.. If anyone knows how to fix this or something, please respond.
