trials missions pass bug

Hello just a question why is it that I've purchased trials pass and during missions rewards after I play a game its says I've won tokens but it doesn't ad to my tokens overall? can u fix this bug because I for one wont be spending money anymore if the client is full of bugs and I can't even submit a ticket?????????
