Bugged Power

I was using zac in an aram battle and during the match elastic slingshot stopped working... I don't no how this problem occurred but my best guess would be that I used it right when I died im not sure.. it wouldn't let me click the E key to use the power and also it wouldn't let me click the power using the mouse to use the power... ive never encountered this problem before
