[CLIENT] red side summoner spells misaligned while waiting for spectate delay

During the delay period before spectating begins, the client does not display the red team's summoner spells properly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spectate a game within the spectate delay period from the client.

I haven't tried to reproduce this bug.
