Singed fling bug
It is a different fling if you have tried singed before. I am a singed player. What is wrong with his "E?"

He is bugged, cant play him ranked bc his fling is now unreliable which was one of his greatest abilities
His E is messed up, when we cast e on a champion, sometimes it would treat it as a death animation as if the champion he fling had died but still alive.

I have the same problem .... I can not make jump onto my back ..... just jumps in front of me
Had this happen several times. Lost kills because of it. Both sides were like, "umm...." when it happened.
i dunno, maybe its linked to the kass/nid/X bug? It's killing singed though thats for sure.
Rito no fix, i still have issues with fling commands not following through. i have the mana, range everything, but it just runs to the champion and then stops like a failed aa or something.
