What in the actual...

Wanted to play League Updates it to recent patch Finish download Want to open practice tool Stuck in reconnect screen Didn't worry because I though it was only the practice tool Gets on a Draft Norms game Stuck in reconnect screen again

Is there something I can do to fix this crap, I am considering uninstalling and installing the game for good measure. For now I am still clueless as to what to do...

Edit: The game finished and penalized me for being AFK, Ok...
