[Client] Weird image glitch for UI from login until gameplay, Cant read anything

Hey guys, I'm experiencing a weird glitch for my client. I'm not really sure what's happening but my league froze for a while , when I restarted it it came up like this. The launch screen and gameplay itself is fine however the login screen and the rest of the UI looks like that. I can't read a thing. I'm also running windows 10 ( Which might be the problem ) but I have played perfectly fine with it for the last week. I've also tried repairing client from launch screen / restarting my computer however same thing happens. Hope someone can help, Thanks.
