Sated Devourer Bug on several champions please read!

I am posting this here as Sated devourer did not get fix'd with this patch.

Sated devourer is bugged on the following champions:

Aatrox/Shyvana/Reksai and possibly others

Aatrox : When you are just autoing, your W, no matter if it's on blood thirst or blood price, it will randomly stop working for a long period of time. This has a big impact on his gameplay with this item as not having your W work at all 90% of the time is awful.

Shyvana : When you Q something, Shyvana ends up doing 0 damage to whatever she attacked. This happens completely randomly but it might have something to do with auto Q'ing.

Reksai : When you use Queens wrath (Q), no phantom hits trigger at all.

Remember that these bugs only happen when you have sated devourer, not regular.

Hope a Rioter sees this and people test this and confirm it is indeed a bug!
