[GAMEPLAY]TPA Mundo Q doesnt show up

When playing against a Dr.Mundo With the TPA skin i noticed when he used his Q i was unable to see it. I asked the people on the team if they could see they also said they couldn't see it. I'm unsure if the person playing mundo could see them because he never responded when i asked.
