Bugged chroma packs

I sent a ticket to support and i was told to submit a bug report here.

Basically, i purchased a lucian chroma a while back haven't played lucian in a while in one game picked him as a champ didnt see the chroma color options on the classic skin. restarted client, etc. still same problem it showed that i have it purchased in the shop (will provide ss), and yea can't really describe it in depth anymore then that.
