Couldn't select a champion

Hi, sorry if this isn't where it's meant to be, I've never done this before.

Anyway, earlier I was looking for a game and decided to join a different queue, so I clicked to leave the queue and an available game was found at the same time, i accepted it and waited to see if others would, it only showed two others accepting and 3 AFKing, then I tried to queue for another game and I got an error message saying that was already in one, however there was no champ select screen, this meant that the timer ticked over and i was kicked for not selecting a champion and now I have to wait 5 minutes when i try to queue, please fix this I don't want it to happen again.
