When will leavebuster appeals become a thing?

Note: this isn't a hatepost so please try to not read it with that kind of voice :) I think I just had my 5th game where everyone loaded to 100%, but I never spawned in. Conveniently on a game ranked provisionals (or whatever the three game series is called. I don't play much ranked). Yay. So I'm wondering when we can show proof to rioters and say that this is not our fault or our toaster of a computers fault, but a big in the code which seems to never dissappear. I have submitted a ticket for all of them (I think). I'm afraid I've never gotten back a message of any confirmation that anything is happening. So, anyway. Something like a gamelog would probably suffice as evidence proving that it's not the "leavers" fault and they should get their leavebuster removed. No need for some "comoensation" or "sorry this happened to you" gift as then this post would be one of THOSE posts. You know what I'm taking about. Anyway, I think that would be pretty convenient and it would get more people (like myself) to start playing more ranked and we can show off our iron IV banners with pride. :)
