Gray Launch Button

Riot/Rito,

I must say that for the longest time I was a big fan of League of Legends and Riot as a whole. However, I have recently run into an apparently common problem that I have seen all over the internet of people being unable to play your game due to the Launch button of the client going gray and nothing happening. I can't play anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times, no help. I have emailed support, no response. I have spent money on your game. I am now becoming extremely irritated and have to post a discussion board in the hopes of finally reaching someone. Why is no one helping? It's not just hurting my League experience, it is killing it all together. Please help, it's the least you could do.
