I just played a game as the new gangplank and i went the whole game without being able to upgrade my ult despite having over 500 silver serpents. I tried leveling my ult and clicking repeatedly on the upgrades in the shop but despite all of that it still wouldnt upgrade. The enemy team had a gp as well and he said that he was almost able to get his second upgrade just fine but i couldn't
I also was not able to upgrade my ult at all during the game even though i had 700+ silver serpents.
Had the same problem, however the thing that i noticed and the work around is that they only dont let you buy them if you looking at recommended items. for some reason when i went to a different tab (laning i think) i was allowed to spend my silver serpents and buy, its a good temporary solution till it gets fixed and if you want to play more gp
You gotta switch to the all items tab I upgraded it there just fine. I think that works 100% of the time.
