I just played a game as the new gangplank and i went the whole game without being able to upgrade my ult despite having over 500 silver serpents. I tried leveling my ult and clicking repeatedly on the upgrades in the shop but despite all of that it still wouldnt upgrade. The enemy team had a gp as well and he said that he was almost able to get his second upgrade just fine but i couldn't

Quality Broccoli1 votesHad the same problem, however the thing that i noticed and the work around is that they only dont let you buy them if you looking at recommended items. for some reason when i went to a different tab (laning i think) i was allowed to spend my silver serpents and buy, its a good temporary solution till it gets fixed and if you want to play more gp

Does not always work, it seems to work about 60% of the time from what I can tell. Normally for me if I can't upgrade it (my luck being negative), I still can't upgrade in the other tab
