[Gameplay] Jinx W not revealing stealth teemo in brush

Unknown if other sources of vision work but jinx w doesnt show a teemo when hit...

I heard the noise and the projectile stopped halfway through the bush confirming the hit, but no vision. Due to the fact that bottom lane Teemo is a lane bully and puts too much pressure on the lane. Bottom line, Jinx w should reveal him even when stealthed in a bush. Fix it Thank you.
