[GAMEPLAY] Katarina: loss of abilities

I was in the middle of a game, when suddenly I lost the ability to use Q, R, or B at all. And it was not a fault of my keyboard, since I clicked on the ability icons and they still did not work. I have no idea what caused it, but I know other people have experienced this bug, so if anyone has any insight, it would be appreciated.
