Why does everyone have Headhunter Nid background?

It's a bug where other player's backgrounds don't load, so it puts your background on theirs instead. I'm guessing you have Headhunter Nidalee as your profile splash.

It's a ui bug that makes everyones profile background the same as yours. It's been in the game since last patch.
