[GAMEPLAY] Bug where Yasuo's Last Breath does not resets Steel Tempest

I experienced a bug where Yasuo's last Breath did not reset his stacks of Gathring Storm making it possible for him to cast his tornado right after his ultimate. This seems to be because Yasuo hit his second stack of Gathering Storm at the exact same time that he activated Last Breath.
