[Gameplay] Malzahar E fizzles sometimes

Malzahar's E bugs out sometimes when cast on a near death minion and fizzles without bouncing to the next target, no damage applied, mana taken, spell on cooldown and no bounce.

When playing Malzahar I've encountered this twice in about 30 games, it's quite hard to replicate but I suspect it happends when you cast an E on a target so close to death that it dies before the first damage tick applies by an outside source.
