[GAMEPLAY] Malzahar passive indicator shows a voidling is ready when it is not

Malzahar's visual passive indicator that shows when a Voidling is ready (purple swirls beneath Malz's feet) will bug out and stay underneath him throughout the entire game even when he does not have have ready. This occurs if you are killed with the 3rd stack of his passive up (voidling ready to be used on next ability).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Cast 3 abilities so that voidling will spawn on next cast
2. Die from any source (champion or execution)
3. Cast an ability

It has occurred 10 out of 10 times that I try it. Occurs on base skin as well as Djinn (do not own other skins to test with)
