The Devourer BUG

So i play shaco quiet a lot and i started using devour and it started giving me 20 wolfs in each game and its been happening to a lot of other players too with some other characters and it made people lagg really badly in the games i played so i sold the item back but the wolfs stayed and made the game lagg still please look into it as soon as you can.
