I was not lagging but I couldn't move or cast abilitys

I was stuck in fountain unable to move or cast abilities, not lagging had perfect response time and it cost us the game. I don't think you can give me my lp back but plz fix this. I ended up restarting my game and it was fine but it took 10 minutes out of my game.
