Abilities wont work

every now and then i get a bug where i cant use my abilities. i can still move with my mouse but my keyboard wont work such as on abilities, i tried unplugging the keyboard then plugging it back in, i even tried multiple fixes but it still doesn't work. the games before this happens where literally fine and no problems but theirs always a time this happens i don't know how to fix it and i get reported for not being able to use my abilities. If there is a fix plz tell me thank you :) i use a cyber-power PC with a cyber power keyboard

This happened to me and this solution might be troll but it isnt and worked for me but idk if it'll work for you. During the champ select where you see everyones champ and go into the screen where it shows everyones skin/champs/runes/ and if you click on their champs it'll show their mastery. I stopped doing that and somehow it stopped affecting my abilities and allowed me to have normal gameplay. Give it a go and see if it works out and if it dosent then im sorry.
