Sylas E+R bug

I want to report there is bug on sylas E2 so his second E range with the chains are around 650 range i am guessing or less his ulti range is 950 range.So i wanna say when sylas is casting out of range his second E on a champ but casting his ulti at the same time thats a 950 range he can grab to the enemy.For example lets say second E is 650 range and ulti is 950 he is adding 300 range more from his ulti to his second E when he is casting both at the same time but first u should cast the second E and after that your ulti so the bug happent.Idk how Riot didnt fix this bug the champ is out like out 3 months oh wait.. yea i forget Riot is too busy making new prestige skins instead to fixing the game idk if this bug will be fixed or will be abused but i lost hope in this company at the Season 7 and i am trying to help

"Idk how riot didnt fix this bug the champ is out like 3 months..." This is a r%%%%%ed thing to say, absolutely r%%%%%ed. I want you to start coding a game as large as league, with constant changes, constant bugs being found, and fix every bug, while also fixing every visual issue, while also making sure players can run the game. People give riots coding team too much flack, its not easy, sure some bugs have been around for a while, but just report the bug and wait, there are more game breaking bugs that need to be fixed before anything else can be.
