Hextech Alistar not in Mythic Crafting

When I go into Alistar's skin list Hextech Alistar appears properly but is locked (as with most hextech skins). However, when I go to the actual mythic crafting area by clicking on a gemstone he's not included in the list of options. I can't seem to find any other place to redeem him either.

He probably isnt active yet to be unlocked yet.

Skins released in a patch take some days after to be released. I don't know why. For example, last patch released on a Wednesday and battlecast illaoi was available for purchase the following Thursday, a week later.
