PBE Username

I made a PBE account today and forgot the username by the time the launcher finished installing. I've tried to recovering it and even opened up a support ticket with no luck. anytime I try to use any of the recovery options built in it just does it for my main account. So does anyone know how I change my user name for a newly created PBE account?
