My Twitch Prime Capsule Thing Isnt Working

So basically I claimed the first twitch prime rift pack thing the day it came out and now that the second one is out I tried to claim it but everytime I open the twitch prime thing where you claim them it says I still need to claim the first one, so I click claim again (I get nothing btw) and it says I still need to wait 30 days to get the next tier when its already been 30 days since I actually got the first one. Help plz
