Garen gets off shit spells during his ultimate.

As the title says whenever garen ults and rent close to you with his spin or silence he still gets it off when he ults. its so dumb.

Same goes for if he gets locked when he uses his q, he starts moving around in the lock.

If he starts spinning and then exists the spin he gets off an auto attack even tho he isnt close to you to get it off he still auto attacks you.

the guy itself is just so broken. (not damage wise or as a character just the way he is developed)
