[CLIENT] Queue kicks out saying you failed to lock in when time is still left.

I was in a ranked Queue, all I can say is it came to be my turn to pick, I went over to a browser to look up counter picks and the client kicked me out when I still had 20 seconds to pick, the message is kicked me out with was "You did not lock in your pick or ban. Your group was removed from matchmaking."
