Unresponsive Client at Game History Screen

I dont rly care, if theres already a post on this, i have no idea how to use the forum, im here for the first time. The Client just goes into loading forever right after Nexus falls and clicking victory/defeat. It is REALLY annoying, having to restart the whole fkin Client, cuz it just stops working. It happens after bout 60-70% of games, which is the reason im actually bothered writing this instead of waiting for others to Report it so u can fix it. It started last patch and keeps going this patch as well.
