No Mastery Token ARAM

So I played this ARAM game as Ahri, and came out with an S-, but never got a Mastery 6 Token for it. Can I get an explanation on why and/or add the mastery token to my account? Thank you for your time and reviewing this!

You cannot earn mastery tokens on ARAM, Twisted Treeline, or any of the rotating game modes. You can only earn them on normal and ranked Summoner's Rift matches.
