[CLIENT] Broken function(s) in spectator / replay mode

Hello,

I noticed that whenever you try to watch a replay and press the little eye icon on the bottom left to bring up the menu which has various toggable options (i.e Scoreboard, Chat, etc.), clicking those options doesn't work. For example, clicking the checkbox next to 'Scoreboard' will not bring up the scoreboard but you'd have to manually bring it up yourself by holding TAB.

This bug was also reported on the EUW boards page here, but I thought it would be a good idea to repost it on the NA boards as well for visibility.

I think this issue has started relatively recently so I hope it can get fixed soon.
