Twisted Fate Gold Card(Gameplay)

Well i played a game as Mid Twisted Fate after he was disabled and re-enabled in patch 6.16. I threw a gold card at a Thresh who did not have a banshees Veil and it didn't do anything. it just fizzled, including the damage(unless i wasn't gonna do a lot of damage with it). Im not upset about it and even the other team was like "what was that?" I just figured i'd let you rioters know since Twisted Fate is one of my mains and bugs can ruin plays and whole fights and i know you guys dont want that as much as i dont want that.
