Glorious Champion Capsule is Missing [LOOT]

Hello!

A few days ago, I was playing LoL with my friends. When the game ended, I left the chat to get out. I had three things pop up on my screen. I read glorious champion capsule to my friend on discord, and he was like "Woah!" Me, of course, being new to LoL, I wasn't sure what that is. I went to the loot to open it, however it was not there. I don't know why I got the three items, I do not believe I leveled up considering I was level 10 with a lot of experience. I did however notice a second key fragment that I did not have last time I checked my loot, so I believe that was one of the other two items I received other than the capsule. I'm not sure what the last item was. I am puzzled as to why the glorious champion capsule it said I received is gone. Any ideas? I even restarted my game, yet no appearance.

I was supposed to receive one at level 40 too, but I never got it. There should have been a mission showing its completion, but that didn't show up until after a bugfix. Even after the fix, I never got my prize. I submitted multiple bug reports, and still no Glorious Champion Capsule.

Howdy!

Just had this same thing happen with my lvl 75 capsule; got it plus a new border, border showed up but capsule didn't. So sad i had to pout Lucian :( Please help Riot!
