9.2 QoL Evelynn Changes Bugged out her E
E doesnt proc on hit effect thanks riot zzz
The QoL changes to Evelynn this patch ended up causing her E to not proc on hit effects, as shown in the clip (not mine, taken from Evelynn Mains) showing multiple casts of E with Hextech Revolver and Lich Bane in Evelynn's inventory, yet they never proc off of her E. This is an extremely detrimental bug as Revolver and Lich Bane are extremely popular and good items on her depending on the situation and this bug currently makes both of them non viable. Hoping that Riot can figure this out and get it fixed as soon as possible.
